World of Warcraft Forever is based on the already thoroughly learned classic version of the game, horizontally expanding its content. The same applies to the player talent system – although the developers kept a large number of old and already familiar talents, some of them were removed and reworked, and some new abilities were added. This way players can continue to master familiar classes that have gained more variety, identity, and room for experimentation. In the text below, you can see for yourself the Talent Calculator for the WoW Forever Beta version and all its changes.
Before that, let's establish the basics: the talent system still unlocks at level 10, it has the same number of rows, including one-point milestone talents at 11, 21, and 31 points. The main change is the addition of a new 16-point milestone. Otherwise, in the calculator you can find pinpoint changes aimed at improving gameplay.
Updated: October 2 (latest patch).
Study and experiment – the game will very soon be available to everyone with all its new content, from open-world adventures and new questing zones to new dungeons and raids. And if you're interested in how exactly the current talent system differs from the classic version, you can check out our separate class guides.
