How to get Primal Focus?

Primal Focus and Concentrated Primal Focus are tokens required for creating optional reagents for crafting 405-418 ilvl gear. To collect these tokens you would need to farm Mythic+ dungeons.

Primal Focus drops from Mythic +11 dungeons but only one per run. You can create 1 Primal Infusion from 10 Primal Focus to craft 405 ilvl gear.
Concentrated Primal Focus drops from Mythic +16 dungeons but only one per run. You can create 1 Concentrated Primal Infusion from 10 Concentrated Primal Focus to craft 418 ilvl gear.
