After you have chosen the servcice you are directed to the checkout page where you leave your contact details and select payment method, then you pay for the service. At this point we start working on your order, our Support Team will contact you within 15 minutes to clarify all details.

These are two different boosting methods. These are Account sharing, also known as Piloting, means that our player will be logging in your game account to fulfill the service. This boosting method is used for services that cannot be completed as group such as solo questing, etc. We will never ask for any sensitive account data such as answer to secret question, we only need login and password. Selfplay means that you will be playing on your own, our players will meet you in game to provide their help.

First of all, we've been in this business since 2015, registered a company and collected huge number of customer reviews, there's no point for us in doing petty scams as we're looking to establish long-term relationships with our customers. Secondly, we process all payments through secure payment systems, all of which have a dispute mechanism. It is technically not possible for a seller to disappear with the money, buyer can open a dispute and is guaranteed a refund unless the seller proves the service actually was delivered.

For most services we provide a selfplay option either free of charge, or at some extra cost. However, certain services can be completed only with account sharing due to their nature (solo questing, farming, etc.).
