• Unlocking Greatsword of the Righteous (Color 3) will require you to earn the Part of History achievement.
• To unlock Color 4 of Greatsword of the Righteous Artifact you will need to earn This Side Up Archeology achievement which takes a minimum of 16 weeks to complete.

• Unlocking Color 3 of Corrupted Remembrance requires you to complete 200 Legion World Quests. This is not just time-consuming, it is a black hole of time-consuming activities in the game.
• Unlocking Color 4 of Corrupted Remembrance requires to kill 1000 enemy players in any type of PvP activities. In could be pretty difficult if PvP is not your cup of tea.

How to get Retribution Paladin Hidden Artifact Appearance?

Retribution Paladin Hidden Artifact appearance is unlocked via the Heart of Corruption. To get this item you will need to complete long and some journey filled with different activities.

• First of all, you need to get two Nat Pagle books: Nat Pagle's Guide to Extreme Anglin' via winning on Alterac Valley BG and A Thoroughly Read Copy of "Nat Pagle's Guide to Extreme Anglin'." that could be looted from A Dusty Tome in Dire Maul.
• You also need to kill Nefarian in Blackwing Lair and loot Head of Nefarian/Head of Nefarian from him. It's important not to complete the quest the head offers, you just need his head.
• Talk to Sister Elda with both books you obtained before in you inventory. Your spec must be Retribution for her to respond to your books. She will give you A Complete Copy of "Nat Pagle's Guide to Extreme Anglin'."
• Now, you need to talk to Prince Tortheldrin in the end of Dire Maul dungeon with the new book and Nefarian's head in you inventory.
• After this, Alliance players need talk to Alexia Ironknife in Western Plaguelands zone. Horde players need talk to Bardu Sharpeye in Tirisfal Glades zone.
• Now, you will need to read Grand Inquisitor Isillien's Journal at Hearthglen in Western Plaguelands. You could find this journal in same building as High Cleric Alphus.
• Don't hurry to leave Western Plaguelands zone. After you done reading, head to Thondroril River on the east. There, you need to find and kill Large Vile Slime.
• After you loot slime remains, you will find Timolain's Phylactery. Activate it and talk to Timolain the Accursed.
• Now, to the hardest part of you epic journey: you need to fish up Shard of Darkness. It has long range of cast you might take on catching this item, it could take 10 cast or 10,000 casts, so you better be prepared for a long fishing on Thondroril River coast. You may fish anywhere along the river, as long as your location says "Thondroril River". Your fishing skill does not matter.
• In the end, you will need to talk to Lord Maxwell Tyrosus with the shard in your inventory to start Walking in Shadows quest, that will lead you to Acherus: The Ebon Hold where you will complete the quest and obtain Heart of Corruption at last!
