For completing any of these weekly quests, you will get 8 Trophy of Strife and also 50 Dragon Isles Supplies, 500 Honor, and 50 Conquest.
There are no and won't be any catch-up mechanics for Trophy of Strife in the game, so if you miss one weekly quest, you will miss 8 Trophies of Strife.
You can exchange Trophy of Strife on high ilvl 525 PvP gear, using previous ilvl 512 PvP gear for Bloody Tokens. You can use Draconic Warmonger ilvl 512 PvP to replace missing pieces of Conquest gear.
