Trophy of Strife Farm ETA depends on chosen amount of tokens to farm. You can get 8 Trophies of Strife per week via weekly quests. One weekly quest takes 3-4 hours to compete.
You can farm Trophy of Strife by completing Sparks of Life PvP world quests, such as Sparks of Life: The Azure Span, Sparks of Life: Thaldraszus, Sparks of Life: Ohn'ahran Plains, and Sparks of Life: The Waking Shores. You will need to collect 100 Spark of Life. You can get 5 Spark of Life per treasure, 8 from rare NPC and 10 per World Quest, 10 from PvP supplies chest, and 1 from a single PvP kill done in the quest zone. For completing any of these weekly quests, you will get 8 Trophy of Strife and also 50 Dragon Isles Supplies, 500 Honor, and 50 Conquest.
There are no and won't be any catch-up mechanics for Trophy of Strife in the game, so if you miss one weekly quest, you will miss 8 Trophies of Strife.
You can exchange Trophy of Strife on high ilvl 447 PvP gear, using previous ilvl 434 PvP gear for Bloody Tokens. You can use Scalewarden ilvl 434 PvP to replace missing pieces of Conquest gear.
