How to get Fabious mount?

Fabious NPC appears spawns approximately every 2-8 hours in Nazjatar at coordinates 25 29. He walks around the lake in the center of the Bloodfin Village, then runs towards the water barrier and despawns. Fabious has very little health but is immune to all attacks and spells. Don't aggro him, just use S.E.L.F.I.E Camera, catch him in frame and take a selfie. Congratulations, Fabious mount has appeared in your bag!
