Mounts of this category are obtained for completing glory-achievements in the PvE Cataclysm segment. You have to go through dungeons or raids and complete certain conditions to get these achievements with cool mounts as reward!

Aeonaxx is a rare flying NPC that could be found around Deepholm zone. If you want to obtain Reins of the Phosphorescent Stone Drake that drops from her, you should prepare yourself for a long camping that could take several hours, if not more. You could obtain this hot Flameward Hippogryph Cataclysm quest mount after you have earned The Molten Front Offensive meta-achievement that consist of some boring, long, and sometimes hard to do quests and quest chains which may take a months to complete!

It's not easy to obtain Reins of the Grey Riding Camel because to do so, you not only need to defeat Dormus the Camel-Hoarder, but also discover him in the sands of Uldum. To do so, you need to know where Camel Figurine could be found and ideal travel routes to find it as well as the time of spawn, which means that you need to camp a lot! After you found this figurine, you will be teleported to Dormus the Camel-Hoarder. You could spend days, weeks or even more time on this!

You could obtain Fossilized Raptor for 100 Fossil Archaeology Fragment that could be found randomly while you progress through your Archeology in Azeroth. Because of this random, its pretty hard to get mount.
Scepter of Azj'Aqir is rare archeology mount that could be crafted from 150 Tol'vir Archaeology Fragment that are one of the hardest archeology fragments to find. It appears only in Uldum zone, but spawn points appears randomly so you need to be pretty lucky to get 2-3 Tol'vir digsites in a row.
