Yes β bosses are available in increments starting from 2/8, then 3/8, 4/8, and so on up to a full 8/8 clear. Bosses clear in order from Nek'zali the Soulcoiler through Ula'tek β you cannot select specific bosses from the middle of the list. The number of bosses you choose determines your Great Vault rewards: 2 bosses unlocks one Mythic Great Vault slot, 4 bosses unlocks two slots, and 6 or more bosses unlocks all three slots. If your goal is Great Vault value without a full clear commitment, a 6-boss run is the most efficient option.
