Tabard of the Void is one of eight epic tabards originally released through the World of Warcraft Trading Card Game. Since the UDE Points Store was shut down alongside the Trading Card Game, the tabard can no longer be earned through its original method. Today it appears sporadically on the Black Market Auction House, listed by Archmage Rhydian for an opening bid of 5,000 gold. The only other path is buying an unused physical scratch code from third-party sellers, redeemable through Landro Longshot in Booty Bay — though no new codes have existed since 2013, making them scarce and expensive.

Yes, through the Black Market Auction House — new listings appear sporadically across different servers each month. Since it's competitive bidding against other players, securing it requires monitoring multiple realms and being ready to bid gold immediately once a listing appears, which is difficult to do consistently on your own.
