Trial of the Sekhemas is one of two Ascendancy Trial locations in Path of Exile 2, where players earn Ascendancy Points by clearing floors and defeating the trial's guardian. There are two paths to your first entry. The second is defeating the Watchful Twins in Deshar, which drops a Djinn Barya and lets you travel to the Trial from the Ardura Caravan going forward.
