Unsaved Group Loot - Raid with 15+ fresh cooldown players. If Gaze of the Unrestrained dropped you will roll for it alongside other customers and have a chance to get Cloth Head, but this is entirely dependent on luck.
Full Loot Priority - You are the only customer in the raid and all loot is yours.
