The Corrupted Reaper is a seasonal Greater Lair Boss introduced in Season 14 β Season of Pandemonium. It's located at the Pandemonium Threshold entrance in Zarbinzet and represents the highest direct drop chance for Mythic Uniques and Mythic Unique upgrade currency of any activity in the game. Unlike standard Lair Bosses, accessing its Hoard requires a Greater Lair Boss Key, farmed primarily through the Deathtoll Chamber β a mini-dungeon unlocked via Pandemonium Rupture gameplay.

Multiple runs go back-to-back in the same session with no separate setup between kills.
