To create a Spark of Omens, players need to combine 2 Fractured Spark of Omens with 250 Valorstones. Each week, you can get only two Fractured Spark of Omens through different in-game activities, such as Weekly World Soul Aiding, Weekly Delve, Archives, Weekly Severed Thread Pact, Weekly Theatre, and Awakening the Machine. The weekly cap on Spark of Omens is set up to keep players progression balanced. This ensures that all players move forward at a similar pace and prevents any single player from gaining an overwhelming advantage too quickly. For instance, if a player misses earning Sparks in the first two weeks, they can potentially make up for it by earning all three weeks' worth in one day, up to the weekly cap.
