The Reshii Wraps artifact cloak features a series of powerful traits that are unlocked in a straight order. Each upgrade raises the item level by 7, up to a maximum of 170, and requires x3 Ethereal Strands to unlock. As you progress cloak talent tree, you’ll gain unique abilities and bonuses to enhance your character’s power and exploration.
