To spawn the Lurker, you need to activate 5 Inconspicuous Lever hidden around the Ringing Deeps zone at the same time. As these levers are far apart, you must have five players coordinating to press each lever simultaneously. If you did everything right, within 10 seconds a zone-wide announcement will say: "As the earthen machinery turns, something begins to stir in the nearby lake".
Lurker of the Deeps will then spawn in the lake at the south of the zone at 60.80 76.68 coordinates. It spawns approximately 1 minute after the announcement, so even the most distant players have enough time to fly to the combat area. He can drop Regurgitated Mole Reins with approx. 1-2% drop chance. Ol' Mole Rufus Mount can drop once a day per character.
