The Dragonflight campaign covers the overarching storylines of the World of Warcraft: Dragonflight expansion. Stepping back from the high stakes of Shadowlands, Dragon Isles campaign deals more with exploration and adventuring and dealing with some grounded threats with many well-known characters by your side.
In Dragonflight, you will start preparation for the endgame content right from your first step on Dragon Isles. Completion main story and all side quests will grant you access to amazing and unique Dragonflight Campaign rewards like new customizable drake mounts, Dragonflight talents important for your flying experience and movement speed over the isles, and four new renown factions unlocked with a bunch of reputation rewards obtained. The main story in DF is tight with the new reputation renown system, so you couldn't finish the storyline without farming some renown, which could take a while. That is why, even if you got to level 70 in dungeons, you must complete the starting storyline and farm some reputation with DF factions to finish the 10.0 storyline and prepare for future content. Also, you are not bound to one faction or particular covenant; instead, you can progress in earning a reputation with every Dragonflight faction in the game. Even with the introduction of this new reputation system, you still need to spend a lot of time doing various quests, killing mobs, and grinding other DF activities, which could take a lot of your time.
All renown rewards are pretty helpful and unique.
New Dragonflight factions are tight with main storyline, so, you will need to farm renown with all of this factions to progress in campaign. Additionally, you will get access to special questlines and if you finish them all you will get Friend of the Dragon Isles achievement.
