First of all, you will need to reach Renown level 9 with Maruuk Centaur faction, which is the main race for the Ohn'ahran Plains zone. This will take between 1-2 weeks if you are starting from zero renown. After you finish with Maruuk Centaur reputation farm you will need to find Initiate Radiya, located at roughly /way 54.8, 66.4, and start the quest Sneaking Out. Continue this quest chain until Godoloto appears in Ohn'iri Springs behind a Windsage hut at /way 56.5, 73.3. You can talk to Godoloto here, and a clue dialogue will be available: "Godoloto fixates you with a beady stare. Her keen eyes are seeking different air: a few breaths, some dust, and some fine incense would suit."

Now, you will need to gather following materials from a vendor, a boss, and a crafter:

• x3 Stolen Breath of Ohn'ahra looted from Balakar Khan, the last boss of the Dragonflight The Nokhud Offensive dungeon, from a minimum of Heroic difficulty. Not a 100% drop, so it may take a few days to get it.
• x1 Essence of Awakening is purchased from Quartermaster Huseng in Maruukai, starting at Renown 7 with Maruuk Centaur. It costs x50 Dragon Isles Supplies and x1 Occasional Sand that looted from Time-Lost mobs in Thaldraszus.
• x1 Exultant Incense is crafted by Alchemists using Recipe: Exultant Incense, purchased from Quartermaster Huseng in at Renown 22 with Maruuk Centaur. Godoloto requested a fine incense, which means only the Rank 3 crafted version of the recipe will count for the quest.

With all materials, return to Godoloto at Ohn'iri Springs (/way 56.5, 73.3), accept the quest A Whispering Breeze requesting you to approach Ohn'ahra. The Wild God is located at atop the mountain with the huge stone bird statue (at /way 57.6, 32.0), which overlooks Maruukai in the Ohn'ahran Plains. Approach Ohn'ahra to turn the quest in and receive your shiny new Divine Kiss of Ohn'ahra mount!
