Proving Grounds in Pandaria Classic are a solo PvE challenge designed to test and improve your performance in three roles: DPS, Tank or Healer. Located in the Temple of the White Tiger (Kun-Lai Summit) and initiated by Trial Master Rotun, this scenario offers a structured way to practice through four difficulty tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Endless. Many players complete Proving Grounds before ordering a challenge mode mop boost to push their PvE performance even further and unlock exclusive timed rewards. If you manage to reach wave 30 in Endless, you will automatically unlock the following achievements: Proving Yourself: Endless Healer (Wave 10), Proving Yourself: Endless Healer (Wave 20), and Proving Yourself: Endless Healer (Wave 30). To access Proving Grounds, your character must be level 90. If you're not max level yet, try our Power Leveling service first.
Completing the Gold or Endless waves in Proving Grounds proves your ability and grants several Feats of Strength and role-specific achievements. It's also a great way to prepare for high-level PvE or flex your mastery in a particular spec. You can even unlock the exclusive title The Proven Defender for reaching wave 30 in Endless Mode as a tank, healer, or damage dealer.
