The legendary cloak questline in Pandaria Classic continues after Chapter IV: Celestial Blessings and culminates in Chapter V: Chapter V: Judgment of the Black Prince. This final stage was introduced during the Siege of Orgrimmar and revolves around the new Timeless Isle zone. Players are sent to explore this island via A Timeless Discovery and are tasked with collecting 5,000 Timeless Coins through various sources mobs, chests, events, and dailies like A Timeless Question.
The quest The Emperor's Way requires players to bring a raid group to defeat the August Celestials at the Celestial Court, a trial associated with the Celestial Challenge achievement. The final reward comes from completing A Pandaren Legend, which grants one of six class-based legendary cloaks each transformed from their respective epic cloak.
The legendary cloak is more than just a strong item - it's required to access Ordos, a world boss on the Timeless Isle.
