The child king, Anduin Wrynn, resides in Stormwind Keep with the regent Highlord Bolvar Fordragon. During WotLK storyline King Varian Wrynn returned and now rule the city once again. In times of Third War, Lordaeron refugees fled into Stormwind City, last human race stronghold. Just like other major cities factions of the Alliance, Stormwind is represented on Argent Tournament. You will need a significant amount of reputation to reach Exalted and get access to racial mounts, discounts and related achievements and other rewards. Also, gaining reputation with Stormwind is required to get cool reputation meta-achievements available now on WotLK Classic servers as well as access to special mount and racial-related rewards on Argent Tournament.

Stormwind Reputation Guide
Large amounts of Stormwind reputation can be gained in the following zones: Arathi Highlands, Duskwood, Dustwallow Marsh, Elwynn Forest, Northern Stranglethorn, Redridge Mountains, Southern Barrens, Stonetalon Mountains, Stormwind City, Western Plaguelands, Westfall and other zones where you can find Stormwing humans. Best way to get reputation with Stormwind and reach Exalted after you finish every quest offered, is to farm and turn in different cloth material to Clavicus Knavingham Alliance Cloth Quartermaster. Reputation can also be gained by competing quests in the Argent Tournament.
