Reputation with the Ashen Verdict is gained either by killing mobs and bosses in the Icecrown Citadel, or by performing quests for the Ashen Verdict. The quests are limited by only the Shadowmourne's quest chain that will give you approximately 8400 reputation points that will not be enough even to reach Honored. Most of quest in this quest chain require you to attend the Icecrown Citadel raid.

As you can see, your main source of reputation is the Icecrown Citadel itself. You could get:

• most trash mobs in ICC give 15 rep points;
• some of the larger mobs give 49-50 rep points;
• most bosses give 250 except for Gunship Battle, which awards 100 rep points;
• Sister Svalna miniboss awards 450 rep points;
• The Lich King awards 1500 rep points.
