Vicious Saddle is earned by winning 80 arenas or 40 RBGs at 1000+ rating. It's also possible to obtain in any arena brackets. While the 1000 rating requirement doesn't seem too hard, winning 80 matches takes significant time, especially if your character is undergeared or you started playing lately in the season when the majority of opponents even at low rating are already fully geared. On top of that, before starting to farm Vicious Saddle, you have to obtain the seasonal PvP mount which requires to farm the same number of wins; this essentially doubles the number of arena wins you have to farm in case you are starting to farm Vicious Saddle from scratch.
