To obtain the mount you'll need to collect:
Gnolan's House Special, Flash Frozen Meat and Tuskarr Jerky can be easily purchased at the Auction House. If you want to farm them instead, Gnolan's House Special drops from Gnolls at Brackenhide Hollow and Tuskarr Jerky drops from Gnolls at Camp Nowhere. Flash Frozen Meat is also obtained from Gnolls at Camp Nowhere, however, will only drop to characters that have completed a certain side quest in Azure Span, mentioned above. It is worth noting that all dishes have low drop rates, so it may take around 20 minutes to farm a stack of a single dish.
After obtaining a stack of each dish, you must go to Zon'Wogi at Three-Falls Lookout in The Azure Span, then Ask him about his Slyvern and then present Zon'Wagi with the collected "dishes".
