How to get Favor of the Val'sharah Hippogryph?

Val'sharah Hippogryph mount is a Timewalking mount of Legion expansion sold for 5000 Timewarped Badge. While Timewarped Badge can be farmed during any Timewalking event which occurs every month and lasts for a week, Legion timewalking vendor appears only during the active timewalking event of this particular expansion. There are 2 ways of farming Val'sharah Hippogryph mount:

1. Stress-free farming of 5000 Timewarped Badge during any other timewalking events, then immediately buy the mount when Legion event occurs. However, by hoarding the currency, you may miss the opportunity to buy timewalking mounts of other expansions which cost the same price of 5000 Timewarped Badge.
2. Get 5000 Timewarped Badge during Legion timewalking event. This option comes with a risk, however: events lasts only 7 days and farming 5000 Timewarped Badge takes at least 5 days of hardcore farming. If, by some reason, you couldn't get enough in time you will have to wait until Legion occurs again the timewalking expansions rotation.
