Once you do, you can head to the Cobalt Assembly in The Azure Span and start a quick questline that introduces you to the faction, starting with Welcome to the Assembly quest. Once you complete this quick quest chain, you're good to start farming reputation. However, as the mobs that grant reputation are mostly level 70 elites, it is recommended to start farming after obtaining some gear at level 70.
