The Wildseed Cradle is one of Ardenweald’s most visually charming mounts, embodying the life-bound magic and gentle aesthetics of the Night Fae covenant. Resembling a living cradle woven from bark, petals, and glowing anima, this mount feels less like a beast of burden and more like a moving fragment of the forest itself.
Unlike many Shadowlands mounts locked behind long reputation grinds or rare spawns, Wildseed Cradle offers a guaranteed acquisition path. However, obtaining it requires exploration, attention to detail, and interaction with a small environmental puzzle hidden deep within Ardenweald.
The Wildseed Cradle mount is obtained by opening the Cache of the Moon, a hidden container located in Ardenweald. While the cache itself is easy to access, it remains invisible until you complete a short but specific preparation process.
To reveal the Cache of the Moon, you must help a friendly NPC named Twinklestar by recovering their missing gardening tools scattered throughout the Garden of the Night.
There are five unique tools that must be collected. All of them are permanently available in the Garden of the Night and do not despawn when picked up, meaning multiple players can complete this step simultaneously without competition.
The tools are located across multiple vertical layers of the garden, so flying is highly recommended.
1. Gardener's Basket – Found on the northern side of the Garden of the Night, just left of a small pond.

2. Gardener's Hammer – Slightly south of the basket, inside a broken cart.

3. Diary of the Night – Reachable via the upper walkways. Follow the ramps and bridges to the final platform where the diary rests on a desk.

4. Gardener's Flute – Found near seed-like objects guarded by hostile mobs. Look on the ground just to the right of the seeds.

5. Gardener's Wand – Located under a cart slightly further south.

After collecting all five items, click any of them in your inventory to combine them into Twinklestar's Gardening Toolkit.
With the completed toolkit, travel to Tirna Vaal in eastern Ardenweald. Twinklestar can be found just east of the flight path at:

Speak with Twinklestar and hand over the toolkit. You will receive the Moonsight buff, allowing you to see the previously invisible Cache of the Moon directly behind them.
