After successfully reassuring Maelie on six separate days, you will receive a final quest from her owner, Tinybell, which rewards the mount.
To begin your journey, you must first unlock access to the Maw by progressing through the Shadowlands introductory campaign.

Maelie can spawn at one random location per day across Korthia. On some days, she may not spawn at all. There is no fixed pattern to her appearance, so daily checks are required.
Your first stop should always be Tinybell at Keeper’s Respite:

If Tinybell says, “Excuse me, do you have a moment?”, it usually means Maelie is active that day. However, this dialogue can occasionally bug, so it is still recommended to search even if the message does not appear.

Once you find Maelie, interact with her to cast Reassure. She will then safely return to Keeper’s Respite.
You can only reassure Maelie once per day. After completing this interaction on six different days, return to Tinybell to receive the quest Maelie, The Wanderer.
Completing this quest rewards the Wandering Arden Doe mount.
