Here come the clinks of steins and the thud of ram hooves — Brewfest has rolled back into Azeroth! For a few spirited weeks, tents rise outside the capitals, kegs flow without end, and revelers chase down rascally taurens and dwarves in equal measure. It’s the one holiday where “another round” might also mean another mount, toy, or cosmetic for your collection.
From the iconic Swift Brewfest Ram and Great Brewfest Kodo to steins, pets, toys, and festive transmog, the event is packed with rewards you can earn through daily games, ram racing, and boss runs against Coren Direbrew. Brewfest Prize Tokens turn good times into tangible loot, while rare drops keep every run exciting.
In this guide, we’ll map out every Brewfest 2025 reward and show exactly how and where to get it — token costs, vendors, drop sources, and achievement ties. Grab a pint, mount up, and let’s turn this party into progress.
There are three main sources for Brewfest collectibles and rewards: quests, random drops, and vendors. During the event you can pick up plenty of pets, mounts, transmogs, toys, and other goodies.
The holiday currency is Brewfest Prize Tokens. Earn them by completing Brewfest activities and spend them at the event vendors.
Most Brewfest rewards are collectable mounts or battle pets. If you want to track progress, use a collection tracker to see what you already own and what you’re missing; import your character and it will pull in your mounts and pets for easy comparison.
During Brewfest, Coren Direbrew can reward two mounts: Swift Brewfest Ram and Great Brewfest Kodo. Both have a small chance to appear inside the Keg-Shaped Treasure Chest. There are no faction restrictions here; characters from either side can get one or both mounts from the chest.
Note: If you somehow completed the Brewfest Riding Rams quest all the way back in 2007, Driz Tumblequick or Pol Amberstill will still sell you the Brewfest Ram for 10 and the Swift Brewfest Ram for 100. The standard Brewfest Ram can’t be obtained any other way.
During Brewfest, the Wolpertinger’s Tankard comes from the quest Catch the Wild Wolpertinger! (or its Horde's counterpart Catch the Wild Wolpertinger!) and can also be purchased during the event. You’ll likewise find the Pint-Sized Pink Pachyderm and the Stout Alemental on sale from Brewfest and Brew of the Month Club vendors.
A favorite tale after a long night at Brewfest — many swear they’ve seen this creature, though few recall the details come morning.
Shy, rosy, and easier to spot after a round (or three) at Brewfest.
A spirited splash of brew magic in a tiny cask-body — equal parts adorable and volatile.
Most Brewfest toys are available from the event vendors (and the Brew of the Month Club) during the holiday. Nearly all of them cost Brewfest Prize Tokens, with one standout: the Brewfest Chowdown Trophy. That trophy is purchased using Chowdown Champion Tokens, earned by winning the Chowdown five times.
The Toy Box stores vanity items account-wide, freeing up bag space and letting every character play with the same collection.
Brewfest Reveler’s Hearthstone
Gravil Goldbraid’s Famous Sausage Hat
The Brewfest gear nails the look of a traditional Bavarian reveler — lederhosen cuts, dirndl-inspired trims, and cheery festival colors that read “biergarten” at a glance.
Mix pieces for casual tavern vibes or go full outfit for screenshots and seasonal RP. It’s light, festive, and perfect for screenshots, city strolls, or raising a stein between dungeon queues.
There are five Brewfest helms available from the holiday vendors. Prices are straightforward: one premium headpiece and four color-tinted hats.

The Brewfest goggles come with on-equip visual effects, so they do not add appearances to your wardrobe. If you want the look without the effect, use a transmoggable counterpart that shares the same model, listed below.

There are two Brewfest chest options from the holiday vendors. Both are classic festival tops that pair with the event’s skirts, pants, and accessories.
Two Brewfest footwear options are available from the holiday vendors — simple, festival-styled shoes that round out the set.
Three unique transmoggable pieces drop from Coren Direbrew’s holiday encounter. They come from the Keg-Shaped Treasure Chest (one loot roll per character per day), and the mug-mace shares its look with the matching off-hand stein.
There’s also a shield available directly from the vendors:
Brewfest offers one themed back piece and one tabard—both sold by the holiday vendors and designed to match the festival set.
Brewfest is more than standing around in silly hats and nursing a stein. Beneath the rowdy songs and overflowing kegs lies a clear goal for anyone with pride in their pour: the "Brewmaster" title.
Earning it means proving you can do more than sip. You’ll keep kegs moving, handle a temperamental ram, scatter would-be saboteurs, brave the cellars for a certain surly dwarf, and show up when the taps are struck. Piece by piece, those festival feats add up, and when the last toast fades you leave with more than a pleasant buzz—your name carries the weight of Brewmaster.
Brewfest’s Meta Achievements turn the party into a proving ground. This isn’t just about clinking steins — it’s about timing your runs, keeping your wits when chaos hits, and showing you can do more than sample the taps.
Finish the festival’s core feats and you earn the Brewmaster title — a mark that says you kept kegs moving, outlasted rowdy interlopers, and carried the spirit of the holiday from the gates of Ironforge and Orgrimmar all the way to last call. Below, we’ll break down each Meta Achievement and the smartest way to clear it, so you can raise your final toast with a new name.
Achievement: Brewmaster.
Complete the Brewfest achievements listed below.
| The Brewfest Diet | Brew of the Month | Direbrewfest | Have Keg, Will Travel | Does Your Wolpertinger Linger? |
Achievement: The Brewfest Diet.
Eat 8 of the Brewfest foods listed below.
For this achievement, simply sample all of the listed foods available from the Brewfest vendors. Many of these can also drop from Coren Direbrew event boss.
Achievement: Brew of the Month (A bottle of brew in the mail every month — forever).
Join the Brew of the Month club.
For this achievement, purchase a "Brew of the Month" Club Membership Form from Blix Fixwidget or Ray'ma, or a "Brew of the Month" Club Membership Form from Belbi Quikswitch or Larkin Thunderbrew.
Your membership requires a one-time fee of 200 Brewfest Prize Tokens. These vendors are located at the main Brewfest camps or inside Orgrimmar or Ironforge. Membership entitles you to receive a special brew each month, for members only.
Achievement: Have Keg, Will Travel.
Obtain a Brewfest mount, or transform yours into one using Brewfest Hops.
There are two ways to complete this achievement:
Achievement: Direbrewfest.
Kill Coren Direbrew.
Defeat Coren Direbrew, the holiday boss found in Blackrock Depths. Queue for the encounter through the Dungeon Finder and claim your chance at Brewfest loot and mounts.
Achievement: Does Your Wolpertinger Linger?.
Obtain a Wolpertinger pet from the Brewfest quest line.
Complete the quest Catch the Wild Wolpertinger! or Catch the Wild Wolpertinger! (faction versions vary) and obtain the Wolpertinger’s Tankard.
If the quests are unavailable in your region, you can earn the achievement by purchasing the Wolpertinger’s Tankard from Brewfest vendors for 200 Brewfest Prize Tokens.
Normal achievements are the working heartbeat of Brewfest: the quick tests of timing, nerve, and festival etiquette that you knock out between songs and refills. They’re less about glory and more about proving you can keep a cool head in a noisy crowd: steer a temperamental ram without face-planting, lend your voice to the breweries when the bark goes out, and keep kegs (and spirits) moving when the taps run hot.
Clear these and you’ll chart the full loop of the holiday: tasting the seasonal menu, fending off rowdy Dark Iron interlopers, queueing for a certain surly dwarf, and learning a few tricks with Brewfest Hops along the way. Many of these feed into the event’s meta progress and shower you with the usual festival spoils: tokens, toys, outfits, and the satisfaction of leaving the grounds a little louder, a little prouder, and a lot more seasoned.
Achievement: Brew of the Year.
Sample 12 beers featured in the Brew of the Month club
To complete this achievement, you must drink one of each of the twelve beers featured by the Brew of the Month club. A new brew becomes available at the start of every month and can only be purchased during that month, so take care not to miss any. Expect this to take a full year if you are starting fresh. Good news: it is no longer required for the Brewmaster meta.
Achievement: Almost Blind Luck.
Fall 65 yards without dying while wearing Synthebrew Goggles during the Brewfest Holiday.
This achievement is a Brewfest version of Going Down?, so any strategies or locations for that will apply. You just need to survive the fall.
You can get the Synthebrew Goggles from Snipehunter Goro or Goldark Snipehunter. Getting really intoxicated beforehand (i.e., “completely smashed”) will also work for this achievement. Note that the Synthebrew Goggles XL will not work for the achievement.
Achievement: Strange Brew (Horde) or Strange Brew (Alliance).
Acquire the Brewfest beers listed below. Don’t drink them all at once!
|
Horde |
Alliance |
For this achievement, simply sample all of the beers available from your faction’s Brewfest vendors. These beers can be purchased at the Brewfest camps found outside of any major city.
Horde players will purchase brews from the following vendors:
Alliance players will purchase brews from the following vendors:
Rank 8 and above players in the Brawler’s Guild can also try their luck at brews from Mozzle Gearbeer and Haxxi Drinkmeister in the special VIP area. Their goods rapidly cycle, but they sell all the Brewfest drinks.
Achievement: Disturbing the Peace.
While wearing 3 pieces of Brewfest clothing, get completely smashed and dance in Dalaran.
For this achievement, you must purchase and wear three pieces of Brewfest clothing, get completely smashed from the alcohol of your choice, and /dance in Dalaran. Brewfest clothing can be purchased from the vendors. The following count towards the achievement:
Hat
Chest
Feet
Achievement: A Round on the House on the Dragon Isles.
Donate to Bar Tab Barrels in taverns across the Dragon Isles.
How it works: Bar Tab Barrels appear in the inns during Brewfest. Click each barrel to take a quick "tab" quest and make the donation. Every barrel pays out 10 Brewfest Prize Tokens, so clearing all twelve nets 120 tokens on top of the achievement.
Barrels are easy to spot in the bars listed above. If a barrel isn’t there, you’re not in Brewfest or you’re not actually inside the tavern. Yes, both things happen. Walk inside, click the keg, take the tokens, move on.

The Brew of the Month Club Membership starts a short city quest and enrolls your character for monthly mail deliveries. Each month brings a new seasonal brew with a fun side effect; when you finish the bottle, you can even toss the empty for that satisfying glass-breaking clink.
Here’s the year at a glance (items and their effects):
If you fall in love with a particular brew, that month’s bottle can be purchased from your local Brew of the Month Club representative — Ray’ma in Orgrimmar or Larkin Thunderbrew in Ironforge. Changed your mind about the mailers? You can cancel your membership with the Angry Brewfest Letter.
Direbrew’s Remote has a low chance to come from Coren Direbrew’s Keg-Shaped Treasure Chest. The chest is awarded via the holiday dungeon during Brewfest and can be looted once per character per day. The Remote is an item (not a Toy) that summons a mole machine, letting you and your entire party travel straight to the Grim Guzzler in Blackrock Depths. It works for both Horde and Alliance characters and is usable outside the event, making it a handy quality-of-life teleport for future Brewfest runs or quick Direbrew visits.
Because the drop rate is low, plan on multiple daily attempts across alts if you want to secure it this year. The rest of the chest’s loot table contains event trinkets and flavor items, but the Remote is the long-term prize — once you have it, your group can skip the long route through BRD and pop directly into the bar for vendor checks, achievements, and Coren kills.
Bottomless Brewfest Stein costs 10 Brewfest Prize Tokens. You can equip it, fill it at the kegs beside each vendor’s tent, and drink from the Filled Bottomless Brewfest Stein. Refills are unlimited during Brewfest, and the flavor text changes to match your chosen brew.
Note: This item can be equipped but not transmogrified.
