To obtain the Sanguine Harrower, you must defeat rare elite enemies throughout Voidstorm. Every listed rare in the zone has a chance to drop the mount.
Killing a rare in Voidstorm also grants 50 Reputation with The Singularity. While rare enemies can be killed daily for loot chances, reputation is awarded only the first time per week per rare.
Before farming the Sanguine Harrower, you must unlock access to Voidstorm. This zone requires completing an introductory quest chain.
Travel to Silvermoon City and speak with Magister Umbric. He offers the quest No Fear of the Dark.
Completing the opening portion of this chain permanently unlocks Voidstorm on that character. Once unlocked, the zone remains accessible for all rare farming activities.
