Midnight Magister’s Terrace is a revamped version of the iconic TBC dungeon and one of three Midnight dungeons tied to the Quel’Danas zones and sin’dorei history. It's also available to players during the leveling process through the specific Magisters' Terrace: Homecoming quest, which you can complete at level 88. By level 90, Magister’s Terrace becomes an excellent source of high-tier gear and can even reward you with an extremely rare sin’dorei-themed mount. In the guide below, you'll find everything you need to know about Magister’s Terrace: its location, bosses, tactics, and even detailed loot tables.
Once the beating heart of sin'dorei arcane mastery, the Magisters' Terrace is far more than a relic of the past. Hidden deep within its corridors is the Cynosure of Twilight — a crucial artifact that holds the key to unlocking the path to the Voidstorm. Breaking into the Magister’s Terrace dungeon, players will be defending the sacred halls of the sin'dorei from a full-scale Void invasion.
During the Midnight Season One, the dungeon is available in all possible difficulties including the Mythic+ keys. The Mythic+ timer for the Magisters' Terrace is 34:00.
To find the entrance to the Midnight Magisters' Terrace, head to the northeastern part of Isle of Quel’Danas, you will find the zone on your map (/way 63.4 15.3). That's your entry point.
Once you've proven yourself by completing high-level keys, you'll earn a major convenience: the ability to teleport your character directly to the dungeon entrance, skipping the overland trek entirely.
Inside this Isle of Quel’Danas dungeon, you'll face four major boss encounters. Your enemies will range from sin'dorei mages and their arcane constructs to blood elf soldiers and twisted Void creatures. Here's the full lineup of Midnight Magister’s Terrace bosses:
