It’s worth noting that Collector’s Bounty coincides with another event called Greedy Emissary, a Diablo-themed treasure goblin hunt. Throughout this month, infernal goblins are spawning in capital cities (Stormwind, Orgrimmar, and Dornogal) as part of a crossover event, dropping Diablo goodies and even a special mount for those who collect enough shards!

Event Rules

So how do you participate in Collector's Bounty? Just log in and play – the Collector’s Bounty buff is automatically active on the servers during the event window. There’s no item to click and no quest to pick up. You simply head to any legacy dungeon or raid of your choice and start slaying bosses. If an eligible mount or special loot is on their drop table, you’ll have a much better chance than usual to see it drop.
