To get a reputation with SoD Azeroth Commerce Authority, you will need to kill mobs above level 6. There are several types of Waylaid Supplies granting reputation for each reputation bracket. Level 10 Waylaid Supplies stops giving reputation once you reach Friendly, so you can't just farm lower level areas to get to Honored, and you will need to farm Level 25 Waylaid Supplies.
