The city itself bears a striking resemblance to other iconic goblin-themed zones across Azeroth. Its architecture prominently features a mix of wooden frameworks and metal piping, accented by vibrant lights and bold colors throughout. This unique design perfectly captures the goblins' signature brand of organized chaos that WoW fans have grown to admire and enjoy.
Upon setting foot in Undermine, players will find the city engulfed in intense conflict among the four prominent goblin Cartels: Steamwheedle, Blackwater, Bilgewater, and The Venture Co. Throughout their journey, players will have the opportunity to ally themselves with one of these Cartels and encounter a wide variety of goblins as they navigate the chaos in the underground city.
Cooperating with a cartel of your choise will give you a chance to earn rewards via it's Renown system. The rewards are plenty: Valorstones, Crests, and even a brand-new mount: the Topskimmer Special!

Undermine(d) introduces an exciting new raid: Liberation of Undermine. This raid will challenge players with eight bosses, culminating in a climactic battle against the former Goblin racial leader, Gallywix. To succeed, players must forge alliances with the goblin Cartels, navigate the chaotic streets of Undermine, and infiltrate the opulent Gallagio Hideaway, Gallywix’s luxurious and heavily fortified domain.
Structurally, the raid stays true to recent trends, featuring 8 bosses and 4 difficulty levels — including Story Mode, perfect for players who want to experience the lore without facing too much of a challenge. What sets this raid apart, however, is the introduction of a brand-new Raid-specific Renown system, adding a fresh layer of progression and rewards for dedicated raiders!
Launching alongside the raid, the Gallagio Loyalty Rewards Club introduces a raid-exclusive reward system packed with unique incentives for simply participating in the raid and defeating bosses. This system ensures that every run feels rewarding and provides players with additional tools to enhance their power
These rewards include: a "High Roller" title, a Raid Portal, a Mount, 3/6/9/12/15/18% Damage and Healing increases, a Raid skip, a chance to loot a free Augment rune and much more. Sounds truly exciting for people who plan on really progressing on the raid throughout the season!
Patch 11.1 introduces an exciting new dungeon, Operation Floodgate, which plunges players into a high-stakes mission against a rogue band of goblins with a penchant for destruction. Their target?
