You also need to farm enough Champion's Seal to be able to buy any of these mounts from special tournament vendor.

Reins of the Time-Lost Proto-Drake is one of the signature WotLK mounts. This mount drops from a rare Time-Lost Proto-Drake NPC that spawns absolutely unpredictably in Storm Peaks zone every few hours. It has a low hp bar so anyone could easily kill it, which means that you need to camp it for hours and hours flying from one to another spawn zones.
There are many cool quests in WotLK, but some of them are truly epic journey with worthy rewards. The Sacred and the Corrupt is good example of long and hard quest chain that could take month to complete it. After you complete it you could obtain Reins of the Crimson Deathcharger mount as well as legendary Shadowmourne! Hitting Exalted with The Sons of Hodir will give you access to obtaining cool Reins of the Grand Ice Mammoth that could carry 2 additional passengers with you on board, and for Revered status you could obtain Reins of the Ice Mammoth WotLK mount.
If you get Exalted status reputation with The Wyrmrest Accord you could obtain Reins of the Red Drake
Reputation farm is a long and boring process that could be much easier for you with our WoW Reputation boost!
Reins of the Plagued Proto-Drake was obtained through Glory of the Raider (10 player) and was available from the launch of Wrath of the Lich King until the 3.1 patch and was removed after it. Mount collection achievement only appeared in WotLK. In time of this expansion, there are not that many mounts as there are today.
