The Sha'tar Reputation Guide

Both Alliance and Horde players begin as Neutral with the Sha'tar. You can increase your Sha'tar reputation through various quests, by raising reputation with the Aldor or Scryers and killing mobs in the three wings of Tempest Keep — namely, the Botanica, Mechanar and Arcatraz — rewards reputation with the Sha'tar. There are only a limited number of quests that award reputation with the Sha'tar, however. Once these are exhausted, the only way to reach exalted status is to repeatedly run the Tempest Keep dungeons on any difficulty. You will get 2200 rep points for full clear Botanica on Normal difficulty and 3245 rep points on Heroic difficulty; 1620 rep points for full clear Mechanar on Normal difficulty and 2100 rep points on Heroic difficulty; 1800 rep points for full clear Arcatraz on Normal difficulty and 2600 rep points on Heroic difficulty.
