With WotLK Crafting professions, you could create equipment of any class, and unique enchants, various jewelry, potions and elixirs, and much more. All professions in Wrath of the Lich King give your character a boost in stats. Some of these bonuses are more useful than others, while some are better for specific classes.
There are three secondary professions in WotLK Classic. All of them are pretty useful in PvE or PvP activities. If you want to maximize the efficiency of your character, you should level up all three WotLK secondary professions. After all, with these professions, you will become a jack of all trades and will be a desired addition in any PvP or PvE group. WotLK Fishing and Cooking are helpful enough and have perfect synergy because most of the fish you catch up can be cooked, and the higher levels of Cooking require certain fish. WotLK First Aid allows you to heal yourself or others and remove poisons. With this profession, you could create a variety of bandages from different types of cloth material.
