Won't you just disappear with the money?
First of all, we've been in this business since 2015, registered a company and collected huge number of customer reviews, there's no point for us in doing petty scams as we're looking to establish long-term relationships with our customers. Secondly, we process all payments through secure payment systems, all of which have a dispute mechanism. It is technically not possible for a seller to disappear with the money, buyer can open a dispute and is guaranteed a refund unless the seller proves the service actually was delivered.
Who are your players?
Over the years, we have assembled a team of trusted and competent players who can complete any task. Each of them has passed our internal review process before starting to actually receive orders. Our management team strives to makes customer experience as smooth as possible and ensures that only the best players are assigned to orders.
Is it safe to share my account details with you?
If the service requires account sharing, will never ask for any sensitive account data such as answer to secret question, etc. which makes it technically impossible to hijack the account, we will only request the minimun information required to log on your account, that being username and password. And of course we will NEVER use any shady boosting methods such as botting, exploiting, and other forms of cheating while playing on your account!
I don't want to share my account.
For most services we provide a selfplay option either free of charge, or at some extra cost. However, certain services can be completed only with account sharing due to their nature (solo questing, farming, etc.).
